”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Although the parking was at the back of the hotel, it had an accessible and direct entrance, making entry easy. The only thing it needs is an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Even so, the staff was willing to help with luggage. Excellent service at all 🙏”

”The room was clean. They charge a daily fee for you to park your vehicle in the property, I find that very odd, I have never heard of such thing. It’s unfortunate for the guests. The rooms don’t have microwaves so I used the one in the lobby and it wasn’t the cleanest.”

”This property was beautiful, our room was just as described. The property has 2 pools shared amongst the other rooms, the pools weren’t too cold or too deep. Throughout the entire day the noise was very minimal if any. Bathroom offered shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which we didn’t realize but would also be helpful when packing less. The room was air conditioned at all times. For our first time going to Puerto Rico this was by far the best first experience thanks to this property. It’s...

”We liked it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach very near. Easy acces by bus from the airport and cost only 75 cents. Breakfast was not so good. Room was okay, but the bed a bit small. Tip: on Loiza st go to La cueva del Mar. Excellent fish tacos!! Try their avocado sauce. We loved it.”

”We stayed one night before our cruise. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. The common areas for guests were also clean. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area.”
