”We were arriving a little bit later, check-in was 3:30pm, receptionist called asking where we were at around 4:45pm, she seemed dis-pleased that we weren’t there on time for check-in. She gave us a lock box code to get in. The room door barely closed, chain lock was hardly hanging on and the floors were not clean, otherwise the room was cozy.”

The suite had a lamp on the bedside table that could not be plugged in, and the TV and refrigerator were also unplugged. The remote was missing, so we had to make a second trip to the front desk. The one we received did not work properly. There was a lamp placed by the TV that had three bulbs, and one was missing the shade, so there was a bare bulb in our face, but it was the only...
