”Landlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere!

”Wonderful hotel, cant recommend highly enough. Great location on the south west coast path.
They offer a packed lunch for the next day which is definitely needed for the walk from Hartland way to Bude! ”

Bed in double room was very comfy
Kitchen was well stocked
Cons -
Chalet smelt very damp and musty
Daughter slept on sofa due to strong smell in twin room
Handles missing on some windows so couldn’t be opened .
Marks and stains on twin bedroom wall, little table and sofa .
No hot water connected to bathroom basin.
Bathroom needs deep clean
Bathroom door lock doesn’t work
Had to buy towels as chalet ones smelt after 1 use
Twin bedroom door sticks daughter couldn’t get out
No mobile...
