”The room was clean. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was stained and had a ring of dirt in it.. The bathroom door was a slider and it was broken. No sliding door.It was hard to understand the man at the desk when we arrived. The other staff were very helpful.At breakfast we had apple juice and coffee to choose from. Hot water and no tea. The room itself was noisy. Air conditioning was loud and so was the small refrigerator. We heard the people above us and the television when we were falling...

”Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us.”
