”Hotel rooms were clean and the staff were great in answering our questions. The breakfasts were great. The hostess at the breakfast bar was very helpful and the food was great.”

”Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but the elevators had signs about updates coming. Room could have been cleaner (dirty shower, stains on comforter, hairs on bed) ”

”The hotel smelled horrible. The pot hit you in the face every time you walked out your door. It was obvirous people were smoking in the hotel.”

After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!”

”Everything was great except the broken ice machine on the 3rd floor. Also the window curtain was not fully attached, it was coming off the track.”

”It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

”Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us.”
