”Like the beds and linens. Towels pretty thin. Only 3 big towels. Needed another but too tired to ask. Eggs were cold at 8 am when was to be available until 9. No one at desk at 11 am which is checkout time. Even waited 10 minutes.”

”Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.”

”Well, first of all, when I went into my room, the toilet seat was broke. Secondly, the only ice machine that worked was on the first floor and I was on the third floor. And third, the elevator had no light in it. So when door shut, it was totally dark”

”So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. ”

”Great property! Great location with plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. Large room, comfy bed, helpful staff.”

”The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!”

”It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

”We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”

”This was oyr second stay in a 2 week time period and the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was welcoming”

”Safe, walkable area directly next to a few restaurants. The staff was really nice and my room was clean. I would definitely stay again especially for how affordable it was”

”We really enjoyed staying here while visiting cuyahoga national park. There were a few minor issues which were resolved. No coffee maker in room so they had coffee in the lobby at 6am. Overall a nice stay, would visit again.”
