”Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient. ”

”It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park.
