”Booked in advance, asked for a bottom floor room as we are Sr. citizens. Gave us an upstairs room. Asked the clerk if we could have a ground floor room. (It was Sunday night and plenty of lower rooms were available). Clerk stated no, this is what we the computer gave us. Now for the room. Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!”
