”Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”

”I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not...
