”Property mgr and staff member were arguing and fighting when I checked in. Drink machine malfunctioning and stole $2.25 from my CC. Property mgr told me he already knew about the broken machine. He allowed the machine to remain in service without any "OUT OF ORDER" sign posted either on the motels front door, or the machine! We argued a few minutes about him letting the public use the machine while malfunctioning. This guy is a REAL TOOL! He's rude, mean,and disrespectful. I had to buy...

”The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it.”

”Parking was easy and clean. Did not use the gymn but it did have three pcs of equipment. There was no vent in the bathroom. Shower door leaked onto the floor and was reported. It was looked at but not corrected. The heater was not working. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very professional. My departure was delayed twice but we were accommadated. ”

”Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we turned right around and booked somewhere else.
The room smelled strongly like urine, there were bugs everywhere, and the pillow had visible stains on it. The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing.
It felt dirty, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the time and money—do not stay...
