”The listing was exactly what it looks like. Clean, beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to get ahold of and accommodated our every need. There were toys for kids and a high chair which was very helpful. Our only issue was we didn’t realize how isolated the location was. I would recommend mapping out what you’re in town for and as long as it’s not too far of a drive I think anyone would be very happy here!”

You can tell that a lot of thought went into touches that would be nice for guests - good toiletries, great tea selection, nice towels. It was great space for five of us. ”We were in Austin for an event at St Edwards University, which is an easy walk. The space is well designed woth 3 small bedroms which all had space for personal belongings. Common are is spacious and very comfortable, and kitchen is well desogned with everything we wanted. Especially appreciate the starter coffee packages! Host was very responsive to questions. We very much enjoyed our time there.”

”What a magical place in the best location. We stayed here with family to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Our host, Lisa, was great, had plenty of suggestions, and so responsive. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Such nice evenings on the patio watching the sunset and great days exploring the neighborhood. Definitely would recommend!”

”Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown.”

”Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master. I tried wiping it, but it probably needs to be scraped off or cleaned with a wet cloth. The carpet felt crunchy under our feet. There was a huge spill at the entry of the building that we...
