”We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks. We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room....

”It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!”
