”The Perch Unit 1 did not disappoint. It could not be in a better location to access all the great eats, drinks, and shops in downtown Blue Ridge. ROE Restaurant on the bottom floor was great. When we needed to use the restroom, we took the elevator up to the condo. We will be back.”
