”Long Mountain Lodge provides everything one could want in a B&B experience. The owner and staff are gracious and helpful and full of knowledge about the area. Accommodations and communal spaces are clean, cozy and comfortable. Made to order breakfast and service is exceptional. We visit the area often and highly recommend a stay at Long Mountain!”

”We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing.
At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking.
The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....
