”The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery.”

”It is not really a 'lodge' per say or at least not what we are used to seeing in a lodge. It is an older hotel on the water. Some of the amenities were good but the rooms, especially our bath and shower area, were clearly old and worn. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was okay. It is also right oon a very busy road. Not sure we received the value for what we paid for the night we stayed there. We would likely not stay there again.”

”I recently stayed at Foxhall Resort for a wedding celebration and was incredibly disappointed by the disorganization, poor service, and apparent lack of experience among the staff. The frustrations began at check-in, when I advised that our reservation was fully prepaid through Expedia, only to receive the dismissive response, "We will see if it is fully paid."
