”Normally I’d say the lack of communication was a bad thing, but honestly this trip it didn’t matter. We easily got into the house, everything was as it should’ve been, and we had a great stay! The house is cute and well done, and there’s an unofficial park just up the road that has the 3 oldest Oaks in all ATL dating back to 1873!!! Holy cow, what an honor to see those! ”

”The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.”

”House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!”

The check in process was easy and the owners were very quick to respond & always available. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and will save for future visits. ”

”The house and set up were great. Location to highway was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. My only two complaints is that the alarm system was not working properly and kept going off. The code we were sent did not work and the alarm was being triggered with the inside sensors and the front door. The Host did finally message back and they might have turned off virutal, we do not know becuase communication was lacking. When they did their after first night follow up.
