”74 Ranch is a very special place!! The scenery is gorgeous, especially with the horses meandering through the pastures. The buildings have a lot of history and are very inviting, comfortable and pleasingly decorated. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. breakfast was delicious.”

”Amazing! The views and area attractions are breathtaking! A quaint little B and B, off the grid paradise! Amanda's hospitality is outstanding! The included breakfast, superb even when it was a cold breakkfast. Amanda's cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and quiche excellent! She even sent us off with breakfast sandwiches and banana choc chip bread. I am now the proud owner of 2 of her charcuterie's! She is a talented artist to say the least! The property manager, Luis is very knowledgeable of the area...

”Hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was very tranquil and remote. Property was under construction for future comfortable amenities by the river, which is breathtaking. Plenty of wildlife, right next to National Forest. The food offerings for the B&B are all homemade and delicious! Delightful family atmosphere. ”

”The cottage was so picturesque and Corine greeted us in the parking lot as if we were all friends! The room was perfect and the coffee /water bar outside our room was such a special touch. When our host learned we needed to leave before the regular breakfast hour, she so kindly offered to set the service earlier so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Hope our paths lead back to this area soon just so we can stay here again!”

”What a beautiful, peaceful place. They had everything we needed to feel comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, each room had its own unique, yet tasteful decor. The breakfast was wonderful, the hosts friendly and helpful. The property was also terrific, its right off the freeway, but feels like you are in the mountains (or the English Garden... I cannot decide)”
