”We had a three day stay and never saw the chamber maids. On day two they removed our used towels and never brought new ones. No beds made. Is this normal? None of the coffee or bathroom supplies were ever refilled. We made our own beds, emptied our own garbage into hallway garbage facility and visited the office area to get clean towels. Although the facility was only two floors, we were unaware that there was no elevator when we booked the second floor. Somehow taking full suitcases up...
