"We liked the interior, the room and the beds. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly. I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work. (When we changed hotel all worked fine) The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso. We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same. The girl at reception was not serviceminded. The hair dryer was cheap and slow."

"Our staying at Durango was good. Hotel location is not ideal as there are not restaurants within a walking distance. But it is just a couple of minutes drive to historic centre of Durango where all services are available."

"Overall a Nice hotel: our room with two queen sized beds was big. The shower facility was small and water stream from the shower head was lousy. Nice photo gallery (2nd floor) and fireplace in lobby. Gift shop well equipped but pricy."
