”The apartment we were originally sent to was already occupied, delaying us getting into a unit for over 21/2 hrs. The fitness center bathrooms were vandalized with human waste throughout, causing the gym to stink. As far as we know it was never cleaned up. We stopped going after 2 days. Thursday and Friday were without air conditioning. Maintenance came once but never fixed it. We were ignored for over 12 hours before the mgr responded a second time. I understand that things can go wrong, but...

”I didn’t feel like the description of this property was accurate. There was dirty dishes in the drawer and hand prints all over the back glass. The area rug in the living room was curled and I tripped constantly. I paid for 4 nights but checked out on day 3. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. But all that was said was sorry you were unhappy with your stay. ”
