”The carpet and chair was filled with dirty spots. Nothing like the photos. And the room had a terrible smell.”

”We appreciated the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast buffet. They do have kitchens, which may be a plus for families. They do welcome pets. The pool was closed, and the ice machine was down. I guess a part broke. The location of the bed was near the air conditioner, which was noisy and blew on your face. My brother commented that the room could have been rearranged more efficiently to prevent the air from blowing on your face. We didn't get a good night sleep. We felt...

”Bed was very firm, pillows weren’t super supportive unless you stacked 4 of them together. The shower didn’t drain water which really grossed me out. And they removed the hot tub so if you were wanting that amity; it’s no longer there. Probably won’t stay here again.”
