”Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were:
1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours.
2. Of the 3 elevators, one wasn't working at all, one required a trip to the 6th floor before going down, and the other worked. There was a sign (with graphics, very attractive) posted in the...
”Our room was clean, except for a piece of trash between the desk and tv stand. On our 3rd day, I had only asked for new towels and trash to be taken out. The house keeper I found only spoke spanish, i used my translater on phone. She said she would take care of it, even though it wasnt on her list, but she gave no extra wash cloths or hand towels and she did re make the beds. Not a complaint. ”First of all I was told that I could not have a guest for the same price, and that I will be the only one in the room. Then I said this is weird, and he checked something there and said ok it will be the same price. I told him that I will be staying for just 2 to 3 hours instead of all night, and he went on to tell me that we need to leave as I say so even though I booked the room for the whole night. I left by 1730 just 2 and 1/2 hours later. I noticed that he went on and charge my credit card...
”genuinely a nice hotel if youre not wanting hot water, minimum breakfast, and the pool closing at 8. is close to the Zoo so if youre just staying the night its fine. other than not having hot water for my entire stay it was great.”
”Stayed with kids. Sleepless night. Keep on getting sound during entire night. Kids really feel bad due to the smoke smell. When we open the room first time, room was not clean and got bad smell later we changed the room.
