All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking...

”Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...
