”Ok motel with a friendly staff. Location isn't the nicest, but a bus stop with rapid line e is close by and will take you to downtown. Not the cleanest place but had a kitchen to use. Propably wouldn't stay again (mainly because of the location). Wifi was good.”

”We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”

”I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price”

”My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.”

”awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. ”

”Had a lovely stay in this cozy place. Check in was easy with the provided door code. The stairs down the side of the house though are not friendly for those with mobility issues and there were safety concerns walking down this rugged path at night - having automatic lights installed would be key for safety. Even as 3 people in their 30s with good eyesight it was hard to walk down these wooden and stone stairs with suitcases and no lights. Other than that though, safe location, 2 beds were...

”Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to Seattle..20 to 30 min downtown bus ride. Don't take the car. Apartment has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a few days or a week in Seattle. Nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Owner very helpful...go for it!”
