”Booked this place very last minute. The place was great and everything was within walking distance (lots of hills and stairs so be ready!). Only had to take one train and a bus to get here from the airport. The area is very hilly so having the bus stop right outside the place was amazing. We are somewhat fit people and we were able to walk to the space needle, market, and beach since its all down hill. I would recommend taking a bus or uber back up. Noise wasn't an issue as we had the AC on most...

”The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.”

”It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

”Exceptionally nice spot. Super quiet. Tidy and well-decorated. A little hideaway from a busy city worked wonders. Highly recommended alternative for 1-2 people who want to be centrally located to greater Seattle, but avoid the hectics of a downtown hotel. Owners are super helpful. Great communications. Will stay again for sure. ”
