Tried to cancel it but got informed that you cancel it but not getting no refund given plenty of notice
The lady was rude and then she booked the room out again to someone else now they received double the rate
Do not stay here it’s terrible the staff are disgusteing ”

”We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.”

”The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”
