”We arrived late… approx. 830pm. 2 young adults were waiting for us to check in. No formal check in which seemed odd. Just asked for payment. Was given a key and just told to leave it in the room when we left…despite the informal check in process and lack of any information given the stay was ok. Be aware that there is limited service in the area. The rooms were cozy and had most amenities available. It’s a quiet location off of the main road.”

”This turned out to be one my favourite vacation stays ever! The town of St Anthony is small and doesn’t have a lot of modern facilities but it has character. The Silver Horseshoe is a perfect example. The stone faced building beckons you in with the charm of an old friend.
