Hilton Hotels – Luoteispuoli, Chicago

”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system.”

”Great staff. Nice old hotel. Toilet seat was dirty and the room was really worn out. Not worth paying 750$ per night.”

”Not worth the hype. Sink didnt drain properly. Room temp had to be OVERRIDDEN by maintenance to lower and they dont give you any info during check in. Tv doesnt give you option to use your streaming services like other hotels and parking is a NIGHTMARE”

”They are undergoing renovations so the property is as good as it can be right now. The room was clean and they still have the bar/restaurant open. Parking in the garage was a little inconvenient due to the elevator being closed. This is my go to when I stay in the area.”
