Marriott Hotels & Resorts – Luoteispuoli, Chicago

”Fellow Travelers, fantastic location. This is an older hotel, 1978, so there are some signs of time. The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately everything is showing the daily ware and tear and needs refreshing. The staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful even during the chaos of check-in, check-out. Restaurant staff, was nice cordial, except our last day. We had a new server who was rather unpolished for the job he was performing. Food was done well, for breakfast... breakfast...

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. We get a message when something is charged on the card. On the day of the departure accounting department said that they will remove the charge. It took more than 2...

”Nice location with easy access to the mall and streets of woodfield in addition to the interstate. Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice! Staff very friendly with quick check in process.”

”Staff not helpful when I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. Lighting in room was very dim, especially over sink in bathroom, I could barely see anything.”

”I would recommend for a weekend stay. The green surroundings are beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the time outdoors. Friendly customer service. Room noise cancellation could be a bit better. At least during a weekend, there are a lot of families so be prepared to share the swimming pool with children running around ;)”
