”While I didn't utilize it this stay, I love the indoor pool. The gym is right next door to the pool, so one can get a good workout in, then hop in the pool to cool down. The pool is a great size to swim some laps, too. The breakfast spread isn't bad at all. This was my 2nd stay here, and my only gripe is that the refried beans at breakfast are a tad watery. But that's my only gripe. The staff has always been helpful, the property is clean, and the location is great as you're close to the Rim...

”The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.”

”Windows have plastic mini blinds and do not keep the bright outside lights from disturbing sleep. The elevator does not work and I was given a room on the 4th floor, even though I reserved a handicap accessible room. After the 3rd day of complaining, I was moved to a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was so low to the ground (about 10 inches) there’s no way someone with limited mobility would be able to ambulate from bed to wheelchair or walker. Also, shower did not work at all. Only way...

”Dirty. Room was gross. Times in bathroom were loose and coming up, room had stains throughout, there was a leak when you enter the hallway inside that the water was being caught by a trash bin, some motor parts were tucked in a corner of the inside, smelled like weed in the hallways, the carpeted stairs and hallways were filthy, a dead roach was in the corner for the 2 days i was there. Will never stay there again. ”

”What I did like about this property was its location to Main Street where the shops and restaurants were. We were disappointed which the extremely dark room we were allocated, the lack of daylight was because of the room having a very small window. We made the best of it by using the outdoor tables and chairs when we were there during daytime, luckily the sun was shining! We were surprised to find that housekeeping had not serviced our room when we got back one day but staff on reception...
