”I was booked at the Glacier Lodge, there was a party of 6. Middle of the first night, we discovered bed bugs in one of our sofa beds. We had to be moved to two separate rooms in two separate accommodations. Gurpreet at The Peak was super nice and provided exceptional customer service. The other room was at Cascade Lodge and the staff there was quite nice also, easy to deal with. Quite understanding. The two places were very accommodating but despite that, it’s sucked because our family got split...

”Very convenient location in the village next the earls.. the studio was snail but had everything. ”

”Clean, good location. Was nice and cozy for us (parents, and teenager); mainly there to snowboard. The ‘gym’ is four cardio machines in a small room, … went to the climbing gym in the village and it’s great if you’re looking to pump it up. Kitchen has the very basics; great being close enough to the gondola to come in for lunch. Washer/dryer in room was a bonus. Parking was a bit expensive; $32/day and quite a maze to get into.”

”Spotless cozy room. Can't recommend enough. It's only big enough for a couple - 'pull out couch' might be acceptable for a kid. And, no parking if you have a ski box on the top of your car. I think 6'8" max. Place is awesome and host was most helpful when I had questions! ”

”Very nice location,spacious room,laundry facilities,able to walk to dinner. Nice to have cooking facilities for breakfast. I would stay herd again.”

”The location is right in Whistler Village, easily able to walk anywhere, no need for driving. The room was huge and didnt feel cramped. One downside to this place is there is a pizzeria that is open until 3am nearby which can get a little loud on weekends (for those light sleepers).”
