”The staff was amazing Jasmine and John who works the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was generally clean. Housekeeping was kind and pleasant. The building does not have an elevator and I was on the 2nd floor; the cart was unavailable when I had to change rooms due to a broken toilet. There was no maintenance on site the second time the toilet broke. The key entry to both rooms was a huge challenge. It took multiple times of trying to get the "key" to work, which was...
