We were two couples on motorcycles and would not ride up the driveway because it was mainly gravel and loose gravel up a relatively steep hill. ”The room was clean. The cupboard doors were sagging off their hinges. Strange looking gas stove top with all the hook up lines in plain view as cupboard door missing that would cover this. Black mold looking marks in corners around tub. Very limited towels provided. Caution to do dishes or a fine would be levied, no dish cloth or dish towels provided. The entire room is so spartan, old and sagging. Must say the sheets were clean and the air conditioning worked. The room is just so done...

”The town of Packwood is very charming and only a 15 minute drive to the entrance of Mt. Ranier National Park. There is a great mom and pop Mexican restaurant - food was excellent! The hotel has cute little cabins that looked fairly new - but unfortunately, they were all booked when I made our reservation. The room we were given in the hotel space was small and very basic. Beds were comfortable, we had a shower, sink, and a toilet and clean. Definitely no frills, not even basic continental...
