”This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. The beaches and Restaurants were great. The semi private pool was crystal clear and so incredibly peaceful. Favorite meal was at Luca in the Centrale area. Fantastic...
”Little worn out, but Ok room. Worked well for one night trip. Room was spacious and there were all amenities you need for that.
Walking distance from city center. Neighbourhood was little "scruffy" while there were construction going on nearby, but that didn't affect sleeping or anything.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find check in time anywhere, but as I came to hotel at 11 am, they arranged me room right away!

”This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.”
”The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. ”Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern.

”Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is located beautifully on a hill side overlooking the Kotor Bay, in between Kotor and Tivat. The driving distances were short, but the complex itself is pretty far from places by foot. We had a 2-bedroom condo, nice and spacious but in need for some new decoration/renewal."
