”The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management to combat this situation. Any complaints you make should go directly to the manager NOT the team behind the counter. ”

”Hotel is in an upper level depending upon the street, it took me a little while find the main entrance using my GPS as it took me at the lower level where a public parking lot. Parking is not included but have a fair price. Check area if you arrive late night as it is a bit rough around. Beyond that the quality of hotel is great.”

”If you like traditional English Breakfast, you will be happy. Staff was very welcoming and effective to address any issues. The rooms are fairly small.”

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”
