”The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some...

”Really nice and modern hotel. We had access to the club so the experience was perfect. Great breakfast as well and the spa is superb.”

”Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. ”

”I needed to be moved to another room the next day. I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed.”
