”The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

”It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.”

”Easy and simple hotel for backpackers. Rooms had ac (really cold) quite small shower with heater. Breakfast was ordered previous night. ”

”lovely, authentic place located in beautiful nature surroundings on the top of the hill (mind there are a lot of steps to get up there, although worth it). Walkable distance (1 km ) from the Vanilla beach , were all main amenities such as ATM, shops and restaurants are available. Overall great place and definitely would recommend it.”

”Marina Terrace (the restaurant) is beautiful for sunset and the couple running it, Kieran and Beth really make the place special. They are knowledgeable world travelers so we found kindred spirits. Kieran is an amazing chef who whipped up to die for risotto as good as we have had in Italy. They gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do. This is an authentic local experience with few tourists. The town itself is very safe and close by there are some nice hikes and killer beaches...

” This resort is definitely a budget resort next to the road far from the beach. The only good thing here was the staff who is very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cottage with the Seaview which had a good view of the sea but hard to find other good things. The finishing of the building was completely unfinished and, for example, there was a big gap above the door from which mosquitoes got inside. After the shower, the floor space is wet because the sponge curtain was too short. Hot water...

”The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...
