”The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. ”I stayed here with my young son. The team were lovely, all super helpful and very child friendly. The room was huge and very clean. The location is great as you can easily walk to town for shopping & restaurants or go in the other direction to the sea. ”A very friendly welcome when we arrived. The property is in a quiet street within easy walk of the Hoe, Barbican and the city centre. Parking can be difficult, but there were spaces when we arrived. Instructions are sent by the owner after booking, but it basically involves a pass for some free parking and paying for the rest. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. There is a shower in the ensuite, but as this is only protected by a shower curtain, the floor...

”I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) ”

”As previous reviews had mentioned, the outside of the property left a little to be desired but once through the door we were suitably impressed. Room was very comfortable and secure plus it was a bonus to have the use of the kitchen and facilities, all of which were spotless. Communications from the owner were spot on throughout so really couldn't fault our stay. We took a wrong turning to find the car park but ended up stumbling on off-road parking just a street away where the restriction...
