”Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. Breakfast is cheaper if bought on the room. There is a choice of buffet or buffet+hot. Both are nice. Inevitably the property shows some signs of age. Definitely ready for some paint touch up. "A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "
