- No pets, no smoking, and no parties. Dogs are not permitted.
- Respect the peace and quiet of the property and neighbourhood at all times.
- Any person present at the property—whether staying overnight or visiting during the day—is considered a guest.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 guests at any time, unless prior permission is given.


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
