Kelyma Lymingtonissa loma-asunnot kaupunkiasunto, jossa on ranta / järvi

Mökissä on ihana aurinkoinen patio-puutarha, jossa on korotettu kannen alue ulkosalla. Terassilla on pöytä ja tuolit, joissa on sateenvarjo ja puutarhaistuin. Puutarha on auringossa lähes koko päivän ajan.

Pyöräilijöille ja veneilijöille on erillinen sisäänkäynti, joka on katettu kävelymatka talon takaosaan. Se sopii täydellisesti ulkoisten laitteiden säilyttämiseen turvallisesti ja kaiken kuivana. Tällä alueella on vaatteiden linja, jossa on kaikki märkä sää.

Mökki itsessään on Tardis ja on paljon suurempi sisältä kuin kuvittaisitte. On oleskelutila, ruokailutila, keittiö, viherhuone ja kesällä aamiaishuone, joka johtaa pois keittiöstä. Mökki on erittäin lämmin ja kodikas, mutta siinä on paljon elintilaa. Olemme yrittäneet tarjota asiakkaillemme kaikki kodin mukavuudet ja miettiä kaikkea, mitä tarvitset aikaa nauttimaan.
Paikalliset omistajat voivat tarjota apua tarvittaessa.

Kiinteistössä on erillinen lukittu sivukonttori, joka on täysin suljettu ja sopii polkupyörien, veneilyvarusteiden jne. Säilyttämiseen.

Hyvin lähellä keskustaa ja autoa ei tarvita.

Perfect location for 3 seniors wanting a break in Lymington/ New Forest areaAlthough dated this property is spacious ,clean and very comfortable It is much bigger than the description given There is such an abundance of linen, crockery , cutlery ,kitchen equipment , glasses etc provided that you do not need to look far for anything that you need! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine tooThe added bonus is a designated car parking space that you can see at all times from the property The property is a 5 minute walk to the harbour and even less to the high streetAlthough the property is on the fairly busy road into town once the shops closed we found it a very peaceful, safe areaWe would definitely recommend this property for discovering the area

Loved it here, stayed with daughter and partner, position excellent, close to shops and quay. Very spacious as well, had two shower/ toilets upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs plus a conservatory and outdoor garden, very comfortable and clean.

To start with Lynne was a great host, friendly communication, responsive to our needs. The house was perfect for us, a family of 3 visiting friends and family locally, travelling from O/S so we needed something comfy enough with all the amenities required when staying somewhere for 2 weeks. We liked to cook and so great to have a few basics in the pantry to help, which we've contributed to for rhe next people. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated.The house is roomy which is great for a family and a car parking spot nearby is fantastic. Location wise-A quick stroll to the high street for coffee, shops the, train station around the corner make this place perfect for a base to explore the new forest. Definitely recommend, we'll be back! Thankyou Lynne we loved the place , we had a great time in Lymo!!

We all felt very relaxed in the cottage and it was very convenient for getting around by bus, train, ferry and boat trips. Crabbing, museum, walks and cycling all great and convenient. Lymington taxi to Beaulieu motor museum was easy. The house has lots of cooking equipment, multiple TVs and tables, towels, and the washing machine was helpful too.

Really enjoyed this property very spacious with a lovely conservatory and outside space. All rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped with crockery cutlery glasses etc. A very well cared for house and very clean.

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. Really nicely presented with many personal touches. The ground floor is really spacious. The front lounge is in the shade , while the rear breakfast room and lounge conservatory are in the sun. There is also a more formal dining area by the front lounge . There is also a rear garden patio area with seating. The upstairs bedrooms are quite adequate. One with a king size bed , dressing area and ensuite shower room. The other bedroom with double bed and shower room. All in all the property was great and we wish that we had more time to stay there.

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. It was larger than we expected from the photographs, and it was very comfortable and convenient for Lymington town. Communications with the owner were great, and the parking space was a real bonus. As it was a bit chilly we did not use the outdoor area, but in good weather that would be very welcome I am sure.

Everything you need for a break away. Great location for town, ferry and railway station. Nice private garden area to sit in. Stairs are steep but we as a party of 70 + aged people managed fine. Would definitely go back

Everything about this property is home from home. It’s spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, and immaculately clean. Cottage is absolutely gorgeous but far too much 'stuff'. It was more like staying in someone's private house than a holiday cottage. Nobody needs so much crockery and cutlery etc, nor other people's left over food (some of it out if date). There was not one kitchen cupboard free when we arrived. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the heating etc. Thankfully we did not need it. But we had a lovely stay.

Brilliant location, only a short walk to the town, quay and station. Lovely outside space (bigger than it looks in the photos) and lots of downstairs space including a conservatory that we loved! Owner was really helpful from pre-booking to post arrival and answered queries very quickly.

Lovely clean cottage with everything provided for. Good base to tour from and only a five minute walk to the harbour and high street. We were only two guests staying but required two bedrooms but I was surprised how much space there was in this property. Also the back garden was larger than indicated in the photos. Thanks.
