”The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman that helped me with extended time and adding my number to my stay. The hotel was clean & very close to airport. Area of town was fine, not great but not horrible.”

”Bed and pillows not great”

”Clean room and very helpful staff. I would recommend making the breakfast better such as labeling the kinds of muffins there are.”

”staff was super friendly and helpful! enjoyed our stay and loved the connivence of having fast access to the moa !”

”The building smelled like gas, when this issue was brought up to staff there seemed to be no urgency on their part to investigate. We moved rooms, but the smell remained. It smelled in the hallways, and inside the rooms. We ended up leaving early which was extremely inconvenient, but better safe than sorry. I had my kid with me, and we all felt very sluggish and had headaches, my kid was coughing and not feeling well. No way of knowing if it was related to the gas issue, but we felt way better...

”Great location. Nice pillows and towels were fluffy. However, room was dirty upon arrival. There were about 10 hairs in the tub. Room was very musty smelling and the furniture was disgusting. Old, scratched, couch was sagging…. Definitely not even a three star hotel. Highly disappointed.”
