Located only a 2-minute walk from Valmy square, its market, shops, and public transport, this charming 31 m² studio offers a practical, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. Set on the 2nd floor without an elevator in a secure residence, it stands out for its tasteful decor and warm atmosphere.

Ideal for a business trip or a Lyon city break, it perfectly combines functionality and comfort in the heart of a lively neighborhood.

🏡 The apartment
The studio features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, making it easy to cook during your stay. You will also find a lounge area with HD TV and a sofa bed, as well as a comfortable 140x200 cm bed with a brand-new 30 cm-thick mattress.

The bathroom is spacious and practical, with a shower and toilet.

We provide basic supplies (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric hobs, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils...).

Sheets and towels are included.
Fiber Wi-Fi is available.

You will find in the apartment the Traveler’s Guide containing all the information you need for an excellent stay (Wi-Fi code, instructions, recommended restaurants...).

🔐 Access & autonomy
Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM via a smart lock directly on the apartment door. Checkout is scheduled until 11 AM at the latest on your departure day.

As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited within our apartment.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.

Any violation of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)

As for parking, the neighbourhood offers on-street parking and nearby pay-and-display car parks, subject to availability.
