Valencio - Superb cosy apartment

Located on the ground floor, this superb, tastefully decorated 30m² studio is the perfect place to discover Lyon. It is located in Old Lyon, a 5-minute walk from St. Jean Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Place Bellecour, the heart of the Presqu'île district.

This beautiful, well-designed studio features an entrance hall with, on the left, a single bed for 1 person, accessible via a small, secure fixed ladder. Further on, there is a beautiful, new, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, as well as a table for 2 for dining. You'll also enjoy a beautiful, modern bathroom with a large shower. Finally, at the back of the apartment, with a magnificent unobstructed view over the rooftops of Old Lyon, you'll enjoy a beautiful sleeping area with a double bed for 2 people and a large wall-mounted closet.
The sleeping areas are not closed; they are not bedrooms, but sleeping areas.

Please note: the 1-person high single bed is not suitable for children under 6, and can be used for a maximum weight of 80kgs.

Ideal for a romantic stay to discover the city, or for a business trip, or a city trip with friends.

Please note: The apartment is located in an old building on a fairly steep cobbled street that is not accessible by car (it is a private road). You will therefore need to park at the bottom, or at the top of the street and walk. The building is about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom.



WIFI available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.

Arrival to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Checkout is scheduled up to 11am on the day of your departure.

Late check-out until 1pm possible for an additional 18E (to be requested the day before departure at the latest).

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
