The neighborhood where you'll be staying is very lively!

Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are all around you and easily accessible on foot. Additionally, you can simply cross the bridge to reach Place Bellecour and Rue Mercière, where you can enjoy all the Lyonnais dishes in your choice of bouchons, try the praline brioche, and discover various sites in the city, including the basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière located on the heights, offering a breathtaking view.

Parc Blandan: the green lung of the neighborhood.
Sports enthusiasts will find this ideal living space with the long Rhône banks on one side and Parc Blandan on the other. Located at the northern tip of the neighborhood, at the intersection of the 3rd, 7th, and 8th arrondissements, Parc Blandan was inaugurated in September 2014 and spans 17 hectares. The park was developed on the grounds of a former military fort from 1864, La Motte, which still stands and is open for visits.

A true alternative to Parc de la Tête d'Or, Parc Blandan is a vast playground for children and is also intended for walking, resting, and sports. Numerous equipped sports fields are available for football, badminton, volleyball, and basketball. Skateboarding, scootering, rollerblading, and BMX are also catered for with dedicated spaces. A living place where people of all ages come together in a green setting in the heart of Lyon.
