”A wonderful gem tucked into a vibrant community. We stayed for a night to enjoy the city after work. We had a terrific pizza with an eggplant appetizer at a place 6 blocks away. The snacks in the dining room were a delightful treat. We enjoyed reading in the study. The bed was very comfortable. This place is a must stay again.

”Being in the Marina at Cow Hollow Inn was fantastic! As a former San Francisco resident, I loved the neighborhood for its convenience to all my best-loved city spots, the quick access to the GGBridge, and the great dining spots in walking distance. The only thing that was sad was having to leave at the end of my wonderful week. I will be back very soon! I’m telling all my SF friends about Cow Hollow Inn for their visiting out-of-town guests. A great place to stay!”
”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful.
Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
”Great location! It was super easy to use public transportation to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel offers free parking, but getting around by public transit is much easier and faster. So we only used the garage the first night and then returned the car to the rental company. The garage is small but very safe – it has an electronic gate that opens with the same key card as the room, so only guests have access.
From the outside, the hotel looks a bit simple and old, but the room we stayed...
”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that!
Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm).
Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”

”I have booked and stayed here twice in the past year. Neighborhood has great restaurants and specialty markets within walking distance. We enjoyed the rooftop patio area with the night lights after a day of exploring the city. Simple, clean and the right price range. Will be staying here again.”

”I’ve stayed here several times and I have recommended people to stay here. Always a lovely experience. It definitely gives a vintage feel and I love the garden area. The location is great and there’s always parking that’s accessible. It’s near a lot of outdoor activities as well as some nice bars and restaurants.”
