Nancy was helpful. But one staff called to report a chair that was broken when he checked in, and asked for a replacement chair. He was told that was not an option.

Day 6 still haven’t gotten my deposit refunded!! They claim they sent it back hmm nope!! Room was okay clean small and smelled funky construction all over for 2+ years!!! No hot tub for 2+ years!! Dirty pool area smh NEVER AGAIN!!
