”They responded well to concerns and issues effectively, which was the best part. Housekeeping was efficient and the food from room service met the expectations. I hope all the rooms are non-smoking, as some non-smoking rooms still had a noticeable smoking smell.”

”Thankful to the manager for allowing an early checkin which allowed me to get to the cricket on time. Room was clean and air con worked great. Bed was comfortable, and everything was modern. Gym wasn’t great, dumbbells only up to 10kg, and had cardio equipment which is good for those wanting a cardio workout. Breakfast was good, mainly Pakistani food but i enjoyed it. ”

”The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t...

”Best place to stay. Very nice cooperative staff. Check in was fast and friendly. The road is in very bad conditions. Residency should approach the local government to get is fixed or upgraded. Nice quite room. Bed and bath was good. Restaurant food was good. Will stay again for sure. ”

”This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.”
