”Great welcome, friendly staff and clean hotel throughout . Good breakfast variety for every taste, fresh eggs ordered to taste. Great room service and good tasting food. ”

”They responded well to concerns and issues effectively, which was the best part. Housekeeping was efficient and the food from room service met the expectations. I hope all the rooms are non-smoking, as some non-smoking rooms still had a noticeable smoking smell.”

”Best place to stay. Very nice cooperative staff. Check in was fast and friendly. The road is in very bad conditions. Residency should approach the local government to get is fixed or upgraded. Nice quite room. Bed and bath was good. Restaurant food was good. Will stay again for sure. ”

”Thankful to the manager for allowing an early checkin which allowed me to get to the cricket on time. Room was clean and air con worked great. Bed was comfortable, and everything was modern. Gym wasn’t great, dumbbells only up to 10kg, and had cardio equipment which is good for those wanting a cardio workout. Breakfast was good, mainly Pakistani food but i enjoyed it. ”

”This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.”

”Dining times very inconvenient ”

”No elevator in the hotel be aware of going up and down the stairs its a-lot i was in my last trimester and it was a mission going up to 3rd floor. No hot water at all and the water stopped completely the next morning. Breakfast was served in room but bread was old and hard to bite. ”
