”We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore. We got our room after lunch. It was huge and had the largest balcony and bathroom for all the hotels we ever stayed at. The view was spectacular! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and pretty. Would highly recommend to stay here!”

”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. When the staff delivered our luggage, we asked about it and were advised to contact reception. A staff member came to check, acknowledged the smell and inspected the carpet,...

”Itse huone oli siisti ja mukava, hotellin yleiset tilat hieman rapistuneet ja uima allas oli epäsiisti. Mutta yleisesti kaikki meni hyvin, henkilökunta oli mukavaa, aamiainen hyvä.”

”Great service, accommodations, views, everything. The one thing I'll say is that the venue does not have a ton of activities, so use it as a home base to explore the area, and quietly enjoy your evenings from their mountain top views”

”The room was clean, western soft beds and good pillows. The amenities were clean with good water pressure and the included breakfast was great with a range of hot foods, fruits, breads and made to order eggs. The spa treatments were directly across the road, would highly recommend the Edan package.”
