”quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere ”

”A great little cottage, with a fantastic hot tub. Everything you need in the cottage. For us it would benefit from a separate freezer and a washing. ”

”Wat een heerlijk verblijf, alles was aanwezig. Aes even netjes, 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Buiten: bbq, bar, zitjes. Wanneer we weer richting Skegness gaan, staat deze op nummer 1 ”

”We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again”

” We are 3 elderly friends. Communicatin regarding accessing property was excellent as was information regarding places to visit and dog friendly places to drink and eat. On entering the house we were all pleasantly surprised kitchen come dinner is lovely with everything required to live like home from home. Lounge is also very comfortable with a cosy homley feel. We all had a bedroom each and all slept very well. It was very good to have toilet and wash basin upstairs and a bathroom downstairs...

”Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break. ”
